What to do if You Suspect That Your Employer Is Breaking the Law

Is your employer breaking the law? The United States provides fewer protections for workers than most of the developed world, but there are laws that protect workers, and greedy employers break those laws all the time.  If you employer has broken the law, I am glad to help you hold them accountable.

Experience counts.  Before I became a lawyer I worked for a living in factories, loading docks, restaurants, nightclubs and retail stores.  I know what it is like to depend on a paycheck and to have that paycheck taken away.

I am proud to help people who have been victimized by their employers.  There are state and federal laws that govern what your employer can and cannot do – laws that make it possible for you to fight back.

Call, e-mail or fill out the form below for a free copy of “The Secret Employee Handbook – What the Boss Doesn’t Want You to Know About Your Rights in the Workplace”.  “The Secret Employee Handbook” is a guide to employee’s rights in Pennsylvania – it includes an overview of state and federal laws governing employment as well as practical information to help you protect your rights.
