Client’s Guide to Litigation – Injury and Employment Client Information

Litigation is the process through which a court decides a dispute between parties.  In my practice, litigation usually happens in injury and employment cases.  Litigation involves pleading your case, conducting discovery, motions practice and trial.  Your participation is important to every stage of your case.  The articles in this part of my site are intended to help you understand and fully participate in the process.

This area of my site contains information intended for my clients.  My clients are people with whom I have established an attorney-client relationship whereby I have agreed to represent them and assist them in exchange for compensation. Visiting my websites, reading my articles, calling my office and attending a consultation do not make you my client.

If we have both signed a representation agreement and/or you have paid me to do legal work for you, then you are my client with regard to the matters in the agreement.  If those things have not happened, then you are not my client.
